We will make sure all data provided by the client stay confidential, our team agrees that no information regarding the project will be disclosed to any third party without client consent.
 

What are your usual working hours?
Normal business working days. Don't worry we can work over the weekends if it is obsoletely needed to meet the project deadlines.

What are the preferred means of communication?
We believe proper communication is key, most often via email. To ease out the process we have a live conversation facility via Skype, Teams, E-mail or telephone.

We put 3 level QC check on each and every project.
 

How do you charge, per hour or per project?
It depends on the way you want it to be. We can charge on per hour or per project or per man-month basis whichever is most convenient to you.

Do you provide a free trial?
Yes, we do provide a free trial of not more than 15 hours. We make sure client is happy with our work and the process we follow.
 

What mode of payment do you accept?
We accept wire transfers to our bankers in India or PayPal. Payments can be made in US Dollars.

How do I send large files?
You can send us to file up to 20MB via email. If the file size is more than 20MB we use a cloud-based FTP system for a fast and efficient way of sharing.
